AMRAP in 10 minutes:
– 5 KB Swings, 53/35 lbs
– 10 Sit-ups
– 15 KB Swings, 53/35 lbs
– 20 Sit-ups
– 25 KB Swings, 53/35 lbs
– 30 Sit-ups
Continue adding 5 reps and go up the ladder as far as you can!

Endurance:
Run for 15 minutes, with the pattern Sprint 200M / Jog 400M

Strength WOD (5am, 4:30pm)
Strength:  Power Snatch 5-5-5-5-5 at 75% 1RM, superset with 10 Jumping Lunges

Work Capacity: “The Chief”
5 rounds, rest 1 minute after each round:
– 3 minute AMRAP of 3 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs), 6 Push-ups, 9 Squats
