As many reps as possible in 8 minutes:
– 30 seconds of Double-Unders
– 30 seconds of Toes-to-Bar

Endurance:  “Death by 10M Run”
With a running clock, in 1 minute run 10M. In the 2nd minute, run 20M.  In the 3rd minute, run 30M.  Continue adding 10M per minute until you can’t complete the required distance within the minute.

Strength WOD (4:30pm)
Strength:  Strict Press 5×4 @ 80% 1RM, superset with 10 Dips
