CrossFit (6am, 5:30pm)
Strength:  Every minute for 12 minutes, do 1 Overhead Squat.  Try to increase in weight if possible.

Stamina:
3 rounds, each for time:  25M Handstand Walk, or 50M Bear Crawl
then
3 rounds, each for time:  50M Walking Lunge

Strength WOD (5am, 4:30pm)
Strength:  Deadlift 5×1 @ 95% 1RM, superset with 8 Power Cleans @ 50% 1RM

Work Capacity:
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
– 25 Pull-ups
– 50-cal Row
– 100 Overhead Squats, 45/35 lbs
– 50 Box Jumps, 24/20″
– 25 Pull-ups
