CrossFit (6am, 7am, 5:30pm)
Work Capacity: “CrossFit Open WOD 12.2”
In 10 minutes, complete as much of the following as possible:
– 30 Snatches, 75/45 lbs
– 30 Snatches, 135/75 lbs
– 30 Snatches, 165/100 lbs
– As many Snatches as possible, 210/120 lbs

Strength WOD (4:30pm)
Strength: Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5

Work Capacity:
In 3 minutes, Run 800M then do as many Deadlifts (225/155 lbs) as possible.
In 4 minutes, Run 800M then do as many Box Jumps (30/24″) as possible.
In 5 minutes, Run 800M then do as many Muscle-ups as possible.
