– Behind-the-neck Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
– Push Jerk 10-8-6-4-2 reps

Strength WOD (5am, 4:30pm)
Strength: Bench Press 3-3-3-3-3-3-3

Work Capacity:
In 10 minutes, complete as much of this ladder as possible:
– 1 Thruster, 2 Push-ups
– 2 Thrusters, 4 Push-ups
– 3 Thrusters, 6 Push-ups
– Continue to add 1 Thruster and 2 Push-ups to each round.  Men use 95 lbs, women use 65 lbs for the Thruster.
